Mission
At elevatED, we believe every student deserves a classroom where they feel seen, valued, and capable of success. We empower teachers and leaders with professional learning that is practical, equity-centered, and designed to last beyond “PD day.”
Our Story
After more than a decade in classrooms and leadership roles, our founder, Adetria Singleton, M.Ed., saw the need for professional development that moved beyond one-off workshops. Too often, schools invest in PD that doesn’t stick. elevatED was created to change that, delivering engaging training and strategic support that transforms teaching and leadership practices for the long term.
Founder Spotlight
Adetria is a visionary instructional leader with over 12 years of experience in professional learning design, instructional strategy, and educator development. She has led district-wide initiatives that boosted student outcomes, supported hundreds of teachers through coaching and PD, and specializes in equity-centered leadership. Known for her engaging facilitation style, she equips educators with tools they can implement immediately.
